Do I need Power BI already installed to hire a service?

No. We can start from scratch, from an existing licence or from a Microsoft Fabric environment. We assess your starting point in the free first consultation.

How long does a KubiqX Core project take?

Accepted Answer

Between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the complexity of your data sources. We work in short sprints with visible deliverables from week 2.

Question 3

Can you integrate with my current ERP (SAP, Navision, Holded...)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We connect to any source with an API, CSV/Excel export or native Power Query connector. If you have doubts about your specific ERP, ask us before purchasing.

Question 4

What if we already have Excel reports?

Accepted Answer

Excel is our most common starting point. We use it as the initial data source and build on top, migrating towards an automated system without losing your historical data.

Does the service include team training?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all plans include an onboarding session and documentation. KubiqX Loop also includes monthly ongoing training.

Question 6

Can we start with KubiqX Pulse if we already have BI but it's not working well?

Accepted Answer

That's exactly what it's for. Pulse is our audit — we analyse what you have, identify bottlenecks and deliver an improvement roadmap with estimated cost. And if you decide to continue with Core within the next 60 days, we credit 50% of the Pulse price.

How do you guarantee data confidentiality?

We sign an NDA before any access. All work happens on your Microsoft environment (own tenant, not shared) with row-level security, audit logs and a zero-exfiltration policy outside the client perimeter.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Accepted Answer

Hybrid model. Kick-off and validation sessions on-site if you’re in Barcelona/Madrid; development and iteration remote with weekly syncs. For custom projects we can adapt to your preference.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfer and SEPA. Core is billed 40% upfront and 60% on delivery; Pulse is billed upfront. Loop is monthly billing in advance with a 3-month minimum commitment. Custom projects are defined per-proposal. All prices are shown excluding VAT.

What happens when a Core project ends?

We hand over the full system, technical documentation and 30 days of included support. After that you can maintain it yourself, subscribe to Loop for continuous evolution, or come back ad-hoc when you need an adjustment.

What is Fabric Apps and when does it make sense?

Accepted Answer

Fabric Apps is the new Microsoft Fabric layer (in preview since June 2026) for building operational applications on top of your data: write-back, planning, approvals or data entry, with the security of your own tenant. We offer it in early access as an extension of any plan — today for internal applications, built on the same data model that powers your dashboards.

Which Microsoft licences do I need and who pays for them?

Microsoft licences (Power BI Pro and, where the project requires it, Microsoft Fabric capacity) are contracted in the client’s name and at the client’s expense — that way the system is truly yours, in your own tenant. We advise you on the most economical sizing for your case; our prices do not include licences.
